Levi Messer

Levi Messer founded L. Messer Construction, LLC in 2011 with a simple vision: build a business that builds people. After earning a Master’s degree in Divinity from Baylor University, Levi returned to his hometown in the Kansas City area to start a family—and to pursue a new calling in the construction industry.

What began as a one-man operation doing small remodels quickly grew under Levi’s leadership into one of the leading framing companies for multi-family construction in the Kansas City metro. His entrepreneurial drive has taken Messer Construction far beyond Missouri, with projects spanning across the U.S., including in California, Oregon, Montana, Utah, and Idaho.

Levi is passionate about creating a company culture rooted in integrity, hard work, and purpose. For him, construction is more than a business—it’s a way to serve others, provide meaningful work, and positively impact lives along the way.
